I was literally talking with customer service while I was placing my order. I needed a specific width of belt. Customer Service assured me they would make the notes on my order. I received my belt and it wasn’t the correct width. I’ve sent several emails hoping to correct the mistake, and NOBODY responds. They already got my money so they don’t care anymore. Terrible company!!!!
I emailed 4 times asking where or if my package had shipped. No response. It was a Christmas gift that I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas. I never received the item and I still have yet to receive a response and or refund.
For the price, these belt blanks were pretty decent quality! I was a little worried when I saw how close the snap holes are to the buckle tongue hole, but that didn't end up being a problem. The keepers are stapled together with regular staples instead of the kind I usually see for belt keepers, but overall, I will probably be ordering again!
We received the belt blank today. Very disappointed. This belt isn’t 50” to 60” in length. It is 48”. It will not fit.
